Temp-Zero Replacement Orders

We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you need a replacement for your Temp-Zero product, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Replacement To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Request a Replacement Contact our customer support at support@temp-zero.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the replacement is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Processing Time Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the replacement status. Replacements are usually processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please specify this in your replacement request.
