We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you need a replacement for your Temp-Zero product, please follow the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Replacement | To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. |
